Having worked in an International Baccalaureate (IB) school, Dr. Steven brings a wealth of experience in international education standards and practices. Mr John Chui has over 10 years of working experience across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Logistics, Hospitality and Real Estate. His areas of specialty include process improvement, strategic planning, supply chain management, operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.
He is responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to streamline processes, and ensuring that the organisation’s operational procedures comply with industry standards and regulations. John collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance productivity. He also manages vendor relationships, oversees legal agreements, and monitors supply chain performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
John is involved in identifying and mitigating operational issues to enhance overall business resilience and performance. He prepares regular operational reports and performance metrics to aid and support the management’s decision-making process in various areas.
Andrew Keng, is the Project Director of Divine Property Sdn Bhd. He has 9 years of experience in the real estate industry which includes 3 years of being a high performing agent in on of the renowned agencies & 2 years in a managerial post in a developer company.
Besides that, Andrew also holds directorial posts in several property management companies. He has often been invited to agencies & developers for providing their agents & staff on Property Related Trainings, Many awards from several organizations such as Battle Wolf Awards, Brand Entrepreneurs, Forest City Awards have been awarded to him & his companies.
He joined the management team in 2015 and was well versed in property investment strategies with strong analytic comparison skills. In addition, Andrew is actively investor.
